营养学家说“早晨的水果是金,中午的水果是银,晚上的水果是铜。”就是说,水果在早上吃效果最好。不知道大家早餐吃什么,我的早餐就是一大碗水果沙拉。现在正是水果最丰富又便宜的季节,哈蜜瓜、桃子、香蕉、葡萄等等太多可以选择的品种,我尤其喜欢这种无籽的可连皮吃的绿色小葡萄,据说葡萄干就是用这种葡萄制成的,最后再洒上一把芝麻、碎核桃等果仁,用南瓜泥或酸奶代替油腻腻的沙拉酱,吃起来真正是又香又甜,而且营养也相当丰富。这种搭配的好处实在是太多了,水果很容易消化,而果仁消化得慢一些,所以在饭后第一小时就能很快得到水果提供的能量,然后第二、三小时果仁的能量马上跟进,第四小时肚子饿了,午饭会吃得很香。

 
早在十几年前我就听说围棋大师聂卫平在比赛时,午饭只吃几片西瓜充饥,因为吃饭会使身体的能量集中在胃部帮助消化,导致大脑思维迟钝,这种说法在当时听起来可真够新鲜的,聂大师果然与众不同,到现在我才明白这个道理。
 
关于果仁有必要再罗嗦几句,果仁最好吃生的,因为熟的往往是炒熟或烤熟的,高温会破坏营养,还容易上火,有的还添加了盐、香料等,使你在不知不觉中摄入过多的盐分,而生果仁比熟的能量要高很多。芝麻要吃去皮的,因为芝麻的营养集中在种子内部,如果连皮整粒吞下无法消化吸收,要是买不到去皮芝麻,可以把芝麻磨碎,也能达到同样的效果。果仁的品种也很多,在大超市很容易买到生的核桃仁、杏仁、腰果、葵花子仁、南瓜子仁、松子仁等,可以时常换着吃,既营养丰富又能美容润肤,不过果仁的能量太高,一次不宜吃得太多,少放一些就好。
