  7岁--这个年龄段决定了女人的生育能力。年轻女孩应避免过度锻炼并保持膳食平衡,尤其确保蔬蔬菜和水果的摄入量。否则体内黄体酮激素含量会偏低,成年后受孕的机会也较小。

  14岁--因肥胖和缺乏运动,女孩青春期提早了。摄入足够量的钙至关重要,这段时期将长出全身骨骼中的40%。推荐食品有牛奶、酸奶和干酪。

  25岁--体内骨密度含量达到最高值。确保饮食中能摄入足够的钙和维生素D。建议成人的钙摄入量为每天700毫克。

  28岁--减肥变得更难,因为人体内的新陈代谢开始变慢。建议将每天的热量摄入减少200卡路里。

  32--岁这是最佳受孕生育时期。有研究认为,34岁当母亲的人更健康、更长寿,所生孩子也更健康。然而,这个年龄女性的生育能力开始急剧下降,坚持每天补充叶酸会更易怀孕

  35--岁黑色素细胞开始变得越来越不活跃,头发开始变白。建议补充摄入维生素B,这样会有效减缓灰白头发产生的速度。

  42--岁人体内的骨密度开始流失。坚持保持体重的锻炼,如快走、有氧运动、跳舞和跑步等,每周四至五次。每天损失1万个脑细胞,记忆力开始衰退。保持头脑活力的前提是健脑、多用脑。平日坚持阅读、下棋或玩乐器的人较少患痴呆。

  49--岁帕金森氏症开始出现早期症状。为预防此病,应多吃富含维生素E的食物如橄榄油、葵花子和杏仁等。

  51--岁多数女性开始进入更年期。最好放弃含咖啡因饮品,这样会发现自身的更年期潮红现象有所改善。另外要保证钙的摄入。

  60--岁这一年龄多发黄斑变性,因此而致盲者很多。推荐食品中首选甘蓝菜,其余的还有椰菜、青豆、豌豆、芽菜、卷心菜、菠菜等。

  70--岁少吃更易长寿,6个月的限制热量饮食能有效降低老年致命疾病如癌症的发病率。但要注意摄入充足的蔬菜、水果和谷类,适量吃鱼类,少吃饱和脂肪、多吃不饱和脂肪如橄榄油等,适量饮酒。
