        又很久没更新了。

  最近大概思虑过多,夜夜辗转难眠。

  又进入了一段迷茫的时期,我努力的想却仍然无法看到一个清晰的方向。

  梦想与现实的距离总是那么遥远吗?

  对我而言,眼前那座挡住阳光的大山是如此高大,如此难以逾越......

  打电话给朋友们,发现我们默契似的一样低落,一样迷茫。

  看样子,谁也无法给彼此力量了。

  偏偏这个时候,小辉又打来电话,这个只有在郁闷失落时才会想到我的人。

  我一看到他的名字在手机上闪烁就知道他又遇到不开心的事了。

  我每次都会问他,什么时候可以告诉我点开心的事呢,他说没有啊。

  呵呵~我想,我必须先走出来才行~

  那么,烦人的事情都放一边吧,下面请跟我进入快乐的烘焙世界~

  ????????【香酥芋头派】?????????

  派皮:普通粉160g、玉米淀粉40g、玉米油40ml、糖5g、水35g(6寸)

  酥粒:普通粉30g、糖5g、玉米油15g、杏仁25g

  芋头陷:芋头、淀粉、蜂蜜、红豆

  1.派皮材料混合成团,比较干,饧20分钟

  2.杏仁炒熟捣碎,加其他酥粒的材料捏成团,放冷冻室。

  3.芋头蒸熟,去皮压成泥.加淀粉、蜂蜜和煮熟的红豆拌匀。

  4.把1擀成大面片,铺在派盘里,用叉子扎孔,倒入芋头陷,从冷冻室取出酥粒,搓开后撒在派上。

  5.烤箱预热190度,上下火40分钟

  这个派皮是改的君之的,芋头陷是自己尝试调的,刚出炉的时候陷很软,本来以为会失败,但凉后就凝固了,QQ的很好吃。因为要减肥嘛~糖的量减了一半,所以不是很甜,但杏仁酥粒很香~
