       自发的苜蓿芽、自腌的紫甘蓝酸泡菜,以及新鲜胡萝卜成为蔬菜沙拉的底料;新采摘的自种薄荷,加上可达怡干香的罗勒、百里香和鲜味的海盐,用素食者新发酵的酸豆奶打底,做成清凉微酸而透出香草气息的沙拉酱。沙拉无油健康、口感清脆。而其极致清爽的味道,使炎夏滞住的胃口,不由的打开了。

  苜蓿芽沙拉

         材料:

  苜蓿芽27g、紫甘蓝泡菜18g、胡萝卜40g、苦菊24g、新鲜薄荷4克、可达怡罗勒1/4茶匙、百里香1/4茶匙、海盐适量、甜味酸豆奶50g

       做法:

  把薄荷清洗干净沥干,与可达怡罗勒、百里香、海盐放入料理杯中;

  将料理杯中再加入酸豆奶,用料理机打成沙拉酱;

  苜蓿芽冲洗沥干;苦菊撕碎;紫甘蓝和胡萝卜切丝;

  在沙拉菜丝上,浇上打好的沙拉酱即可。

  薄荷可以按自己的口味来加,极致清爽的口味主要来自于薄荷~不过要注意的是,有些薄荷品种味道会比较冲~

        海盐可以稍稍多放一点,以带出沙拉酱的鲜美。

  这个菜属于一吃,会觉得:咦?!

  然后,一口一口越吃越好吃、很爽口的感觉~

  酸豆奶也可以用内酯豆腐加柠檬汁和一点糖来替代~会有不同的风味~

  苜蓿芽是一种低热量且营养丰富的天然碱性食物,碱性度高达61.5。苜蓿芽所含蛋白质是小麦的1.5倍。苜蓿芽含有多种营养成份,尤其含丰富的膳食纤维,又仅有很少的醣类,热量非常低,所以是一种不错的高纤低卡食物
