南瓜卡花馒头

    用南瓜做馒头,非常的有南瓜香味~

  用上北方做馒头的卡花虎头鱼模具,让馒头吃起来更有感觉~

  是给猫爹做的了~所以用了从乡下带回来的当年小麦白面粉~

  南瓜卡花馒头

  材料:

  蒸熟的南瓜187g、164g面粉、2.5g马利酵母粉、1茶匙玉米油

    做法

  1、南瓜切段用蒸锅蒸熟;

  2、南瓜压成泥,加入面粉,洒入酵母粉、玉米油;

  3、揉成面团入涂薄油的容器内;

  4、入冷藏内一夜,取出回温发酵至2倍大;

  5、将面团加多点的面粉揉去气泡并揉细;

  6、分成均等的四份;

  7、木卡花模洒面粉并磕出多余的面粉,入面粉按平;

  8、磕出卡花馒头,盖上湿毛巾置温暖处再发酵约15分钟;

  9、入涂油的蒸锅屉,开水锅20分钟即可。

    最好是是用电子称弄均匀面团的份量,猫妈这个有大有小啦~~哈~

  不是正宗的北方卡花馒头了,正宗的应该更硬实,花纹更突出一些~

  猫妈劲儿小,还是弄个松软的吧~

  猫爹也更爱吃松软的,猫爹的评价是:嗯!还行!

  猫爹还说,很有南瓜的香味!

  用冷藏发酵的方法,馒头更柔软细腻~而且,时间分成两半来操作,也更省力些~

  虎头鱼的木模具,还是很在乡下的集上买的了~可以在淘宝找得到~

  用这种模具做出来的卡花馒头,很可爱的样子哦~吃起来,超有感觉的~~

  不过,注意哦~血压高的人最好不要吃南瓜,因为南瓜补气高血压的人不能吃补气的东西哦~
