    作为北方人,不会煲汤大概不算太大的缺点吧。

  虽然现在很多北方人也喜欢在冬日的厨房中,花一下午的时间咕嘟着一只热气腾腾的煲仔。

  我不知道有多少北方人是真正好这一口的,或许比味道更令人迷恋的,是那种热呼呼暖洋洋的氛围,让人觉得天气再寒冷,家永远是最温暖的。炉上那一只冒着热气的锅中,融汇着的不仅是食物,更是一锅要溢出来的幸福吧。

  我们俩都对煲汤没什么兴趣,我可以理直气壮地一直不会煲汤下去。但厨房里,也从来不会缺少热气腾腾的场面。

  不会煲汤,却喜欢煮粥。

  等待米或豆在砂锅中慢慢翻滚至熟至烂至糯,看着雾气从锅边徐徐冒出,是冬日令人感动的温暖。

  听说冬天的离婚率是一年中最低的。大概就是因为天冷的时候,人总想紧紧依偎在一起取暖,而舍不得分开吧。

  煮粥便是把米和水完全融合在一起,你中有我,我中有你,一起沸腾,共同冷暖,再也分不开。

  小雪节气已过,天越来越冷,一锅热粥,暖人心。

  不煲汤,便煮粥。

  日子就这样在火上慢慢咕嘟着,滋生出味道。

  材料:红豆、薏米各一把,山药1根,燕麦片适量

    做法:

  1、红豆和薏米洗净后,放后砂锅中,加水盖好盖子,中火加热至锅中水煮开,再煮2-3分钟,关火,不要开盖,焖30分钟

  2、山药削去外皮,洗净切小块,燕麦片切碎一些

  3、将山药块和燕麦片倒入焖够30分钟的锅中,盖好盖子,开火继续煮

  4、煮至锅中水再次开后,再煮2-3分钟,关火,不要开盖,焖30分钟即可

  5、吃的时候放一点点红糖,很适合冬天

    备注:

  1、因没有用大米、糯米等,所以加了燕麦片,使粥黏稠。燕麦片可以直接使用,也可切碎一些

  2、这是省火的煮粥法,豆、米均不需事先浸泡
