        金丝枣营养丰富,其维生素、纤维都对人体有非常高的营养价值;

  特别是枣的补益作用:补气补血补脾胃,都对女性大有裨益~

  从古代起,红枣就是美容颜的佳品~

  而桂花不仅气味芬芳,并且能够强肌滋肤,有活血的作用。

  所以这两样宝贝在一起,真是又美味又美容补气的好组合~

  材料:去核金丝枣2把、干桂花一汤匙、麦芽糖1汤匙

    做法:

  1、将金丝枣用蒸锅蒸20分钟至熟软;

  2、趁热倒入一汤匙麦芽糖搅拌均匀;

  3、将干桂花洒入金丝枣中;

  4、用筷子拌匀,入保鲜盒晾冷,室温收藏即可。

    蒸过的枣子滋润、软糯;香甜的枣味和着清甜麦芽糖带来桂花的芳香,一点都不腻口,吃起来非常的淡甜清香~

  金丝枣经过简单的蒸制,变得特别的润口~

  这样的小零食,无论是做为小零食还是下午茶,都非常的健康可口~

  而且从美容养颜的功效上来说,真是不错的选择~

  另外猫妈还试过,这种桂花枣子,和油酥烧饼一起吃,相当的好吃!有一种特别的香甜!哈!

    小贴士:

  干桂花可以在花草柜台或药房购到。

  丝枣一定要买去核的。

  麦芽糖通常在淘宝烘焙用品店有售,没有的话,用点红糖水煮稠替代亦可~
