    做好的萝卜像不像红苹果?

  下图中这个又红又圆的萝卜,就是大卞萝卜了,北方人冬天的当家菜,可能南方不是太常见吧。

    以前冬天蔬菜少,萝卜白菜是北方人的当家菜。现在冬天蔬菜种类多了,萝卜白菜还是当家菜。

  北方人冬天吃的萝卜,尤以卞萝卜居多。现在白萝卜、樱桃小萝卜一年四季都能见到,卞萝卜却仍是只有冬天才上市,让爱吃的人等得有点辛苦。

  小时候我们总叫它大卞萝卜,然后一起大笑,这个别有用心的名字丝毫不会影响我们对大卞萝卜的热爱,因为它确实好吃, 这个名字也使它更加可爱起来。更何况人家还有个非常气派的外号叫“大红袍”.

  萝卜虽然普通又廉价,却是从古至今公认的优质食物。民间有非常多关于萝卜的谚语,“像萝卜上街药铺关门”,“冬吃萝卜夏吃姜,不劳医生开药方”,“烟台的苹果来样的梨,不如如皋的萝卜皮”。。。。。可见在人们心中萝卜是既美味又保健的食物。中医认为萝卜能够消信下气、化痰止血,对消化不良、食积胀满都有效。而且能够“轻身益气”(《中药大辞典》)。这个“轻身”,用现在话讲就是能减肥~~~~

  从营养素来说,大红卞萝卜在各种萝卜中都是佼佼者。蛋白质含量1.2%,维生素C含量23mg/100克,含量比白萝卜还高,更高过很多常见水果。而且矿物质含量也相当不错,钾含量达167mg/100克,钙镁含量也较高。膳食纤维含量则和韭菜相当。而且能量极低,每百克的热量只有29千卡,难怪被古人说能够“轻身”,算是名副其实的减肥食品了。

  各种萝卜都有或多或少的辛辣味道,有时可能还有一点“臭味”, 这其实是萝卜含有的异硫氰酸酯类化合物也就是芥子油挥发出的味道,不仅使萝卜具有独特的风味,现代研究还证明其具有一定的保健抗癌作用。

  这么好吃营养又保健的大萝卜,在应季的季节,别忘了经常吃一些哦。

  材料:卞萝卜一个,辣椒数根

    做法:

  1、萝卜切掉根部,洗净, 切成滚刀块, 辣椒洗净斜切成段

  2、锅烧热倒少许油,下几片葱花爆香,倒入萝卜翻炒一会

  3、淋入一些生抽,倒入适量水, 盖上锅盖焖煮至萝卜变软

  4、待萝卜变软,汤汁也收得差不多了,倒入辣椒段

  5、再继续翻炒几下即可出锅
